DSC_0032_bis_4x3crop

Even though I’ve been lacking inspiration, I’m still fully committed to the blog, which was particularly necessary yesterday when I needed to make a detour under the rain, in freezing and windy weather, at 10pm, just to photograph my Weekly Square. This week I’m bending the rules of this series a little bit, because there is no “toy” in this photo. The reason is 1) it’s good to mix it up, and 2) I just really like this photo. Most of the squares don’t have an old sign like that, and if you add the rain, the reflections of the lights, and the perspective, I think it looks kinda cool.

It’s the end of the week, you don’t really feel like working… So why don’t you watch the cute tiny short (2 minutes) I made for the Nikon Festival? Click here to view, and then if you like it, feel free to vote for it and even share it 🙂

Edit: For obvious depth of field reasons, I’m submitting this to the Depth photo challenge.
